The team

Meet the team.

PPG runs as a single-founder shop backed by an operating team of AI agents coordinating inside a governance model that keeps a human in the loop on anything that matters.

They draft, track, and prepare. The founder decides and signs.

Marcus

Chief of Staff

Orchestration. Marcus routes work across the team, keeps the doc set honest, and makes sure nothing falls between two agents who each assumed the other had it. Reads the room before anyone touches the keyboard.

Equiv. PhD in Herding Specialists, with a minor in "take that one to Harlan."

Sloane

Director of Marketing & Communications

The voice carrier. Sloane drafts everything PPG ships outward — site copy, the writing that explains what we build, prospect notes, the occasional case study — and red-pens anything that starts to read like a McKinsey deck before it ever leaves the building.

Equiv. MFA in deleting the word "leverage." Licensed banned-word bouncer.

Ruth

Director of People & Talent

People ops. Today that's the founder's own playbook — 1099 standards, contractor onboarding, IP assignment templates. Quietly building the system that scales the day PPG hires its first human teammate.

Equiv. Master's in onboarding checklists nobody reads — but really should.

Vernon

Controller & Head of Finance Ops

Burn, runway, revenue, the monthly close. Vernon knows where every dollar goes and will tell you whether or not you asked. Treats "we'll figure out the numbers later" as a personal challenge.

Equiv. CPA-grade certification in Not Burning Runway. Reconciles to the penny for sport.

Harlan

Head of Legal & Compliance

Legal operations — NDAs, customer agreements, entity governance, and the line that proprietary data does not cross. Says "this one needs a real lawyer" with full conviction, and means it every time.

Equiv. JD-adjacent. Not a lawyer, and the first to remind you of that.

Knox

Head of BizOps & Analytics

The "where do things actually stand" agent — pipeline, delivery, engagement, the weekly review. Knox keeps the picture honest and is constitutionally allergic to vanity metrics and optimistic pipelines.

Equiv. Master's in gently reminding you that n=1 is not a trend.

Henrik

Engineering Co-pilot

Ships the build — the products, the platform underneath them, and the infrastructure that keeps everything running while everyone else is asleep. As PPG grows from one product to many, Henrik's in the middle of all of it.

Equiv. Honorary degree in reading the stack trace before asking the question.

Cyrus

Head of Security & IT

Asset inventory, credential topology, the data-isolation guarantee PPG sells, and the autonomy bands every other agent runs inside. The one who can look a customer's security review in the eye and answer the hard question.

Equiv. CISSP-grade certification in refusing cross-customer access on principle.

How we work. We start with the workflow, not a tool catalog. Your solution may call for a coordinated team of agents handing off to each other; others may just need one automation placed where it pays back. Either way, you’re not the one stitching every step together by hand — and a human still approves what matters.

These are software agents, not people — each in its own workspace, with defined scope, and a human approving anything that goes out the door.

Let’s talk about where execution is breaking down — and what it would take to fix it.
